Our full custom package will allow the customers to create their very own playmat. Our graphics designer will contact you every step of the way as he designs and creates your one-of-a-kind playmat. Please note that you need to check your e-mail constantly to make this process quicker. Also note that designs are not limited to Yu-Gi-Oh! themes. You may ask for Naruto, World of Warcraft, Bleach, etc. designs just as long as you provide us with usable renders for the design. We guarantee that your playmat will be yours only. We will not print them for anyone else but you! You must buy this item first before we can start processing your request.

We guarantee that this playmat will last. This playmat is printed using high quality materials and the use of latest playmat printing technology. We use permanently fixed ink with an Ultra Violet protected coating on special material which will not fade, crack, peel or discolor. Guaranteed to last or your money back!

Printed mats can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge with mild liquid soap. This is machine washable in gentle cycle.

A brand new addition to the “Full Custom Package” is the ability to choose from one of the 4 different templates that are provided. Please note that NOT using any templates is also an option.

PROCESSING AND CREATION TIME
Once your design is finalized, please allow 1-3 business days for production of the playmats.

CANCELLATION FEES
There is a non-refundable one time Production Processing Fee of $15.00 to $20.00 per item once they are printed and produced. There is a $9.99 fee if you decide to cancel the order before printing (please see “Refund Example” below for more clarification). Any cancelled order will be destroyed or sold. We reserve the right to make any decision on the disposition of any cancelled order.

REFUND EXAMPLE:
Bought 1 item = $54.99 - $15.00 - $20.00= $19.99
Bought 2 items = ($54.99 + $32.99) - $15.00 - (2 X $20.00) = $32.98
